Contract | Onsite | Rotating Day/Night Shifts (3x12-Hour Shifts) | 7:00am–7:30pm / 7:00pm–7:30am

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Stepdown/IMC/PCU setting with the potential to float to additional units caring for the same patient population
• Monitor and interpret ECG cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Participate in rotating holiday coverage as required by unit scheduling needs
• Complete required orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in Stepdown/IMC/PCU specialty
• Minimum of 18 months of recent Stepdown experience (travel experience accepted)
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or valid Compact State license in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
• Active ACLS certification required
• Active NIHSS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• PCU/Progressive Care experience preferred
• Experience within a single location for the required specialty tenure is preferred, though combined experience will be considered
