Registered Nurse – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Step-Down setting
- Monitor and assess patients requiring an intermediate level of care
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute patient care plans
- Document patient status, progress, and responses to treatment accurately and timely
Required Qualifications- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 18 months of PCU, IMC, or Step-Down nursing experience
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a long-term acute care environment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a long-term acute care (LTAC) setting
- ACLS certification
