Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Greeley, CO
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Nights | Onsite | Every other weekend and holidays per unit rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to Cardiac and Medical/Surgical PCU patients in a progressive care setting
- Continuously read, interpret, and monitor telemetry for assigned patients
- Float to Medical/Surgical or other PCU units at additional campuses as needed
- Complete required learning modules and maintain compliance with all facility standards prior to and during assignment
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotations per unit schedule
Required Qualifications
- Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license with no disciplinary actions (verified within last 30 days)
- Minimum of 24 months PCU experience with recent experience within the last 12 months
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- NIHSS certification required
- Colorado CAPS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Flexibility with facilities, shifts, and departments to support expedited placement
- Experience in a Level II Trauma Center or large referral hospital environment
