Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend | Holidays as Needed
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to cardiac patients with diagnoses including Congestive Heart Failure, Acute Coronary Syndrome, NSTEMI, and Arrhythmias
- Manage patients with secondary respiratory conditions such as COPD, Pneumonia, and Respiratory Failure
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry for assigned patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Float to other campus locations as needed per facility policy
Required Qualifications- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in hand at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
- Cardiac Telemetry experience required
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Must pass a compliance EKG exam (2 attempts allowed)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in an IMC, PCU, or Stepdown unit setting
- Familiarity with travel nursing compliance processes and requirements
