Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care/Stepdown unit during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level care, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius as needed based on staffing requirements
- Complete all required pre-start orientation modules prior to entering the facility
- Maintain availability to work every other holiday as required
Required Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
- Current AHA-issued certifications required (no other certifying bodies accepted)
- Must be willing to float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius
- Must be available to work every other holiday
- Former permanent employees of the facility are not eligible to apply as travelers
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
- Two supervisor references preferred at time of submission
