Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Stepdown unit during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level care, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius as needed
- Complete all required pre-start modules prior to entering the facility
Required Qualifications- Active Pennsylvania RN license or active Compact RN license required at time of submission
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
- Current AHA-issued certifications as required for PCU/Stepdown specialty
- Availability to work every other holiday
- Willingness to float within the hospital and to nearby sister facilities as needed
- Must be able to complete fingerprinting, drug screen, and required labs within 24–48 hours of signing
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
- Two supervisor references preferred
