Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Neuro PCU setting during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level care, identifying and responding to changes in condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and unit protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, high-quality patient outcomes
- Adhere to department guidelines including weekend, holiday, and float rotation requirements
- Complete all required learning modules prior to the start of the assignment
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience with recent experience within the last 12 months
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
- Valid driver's license required to verify residency
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Experience in a Neuro PCU or stepdown environment
- Flexibility with facilities, shifts, and departments to support placement efficiency
