Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a PCU, Med-Surg, and Telemetry setting on night shift
• Perform charge nurse duties as needed, demonstrating independent clinical decision-making
• Participate in every other weekend rotation
• Float to other units within the facility based on census and staffing needs
• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a critical access hospital environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Vermont
• Experience in PCU, Med-Surg, or Telemetry nursing
• Ability to work independently and assume charge nurse responsibilities
• Flexibility to float to other units as required
• Ability to work night shifts including every other weekend

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a critical access or rural hospital setting
• Previous charge nurse experience
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
