Registered Nurse – Med Surg / IMC / PCU / Stepdown (36hr Day/Night Rotating)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | 36 hours per week | Day/Night Rotating Shifts | Three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00a–7:30p and 7:15p–7:15a) | Holiday and weekend rotations required
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg / IMC / PCU / Stepdown setting across rotating day and night shifts
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and document patient condition, vital signs, and response to treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Participate in holiday and weekend shift rotations as scheduled
Required Qualifications- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
- Experience in a Med Surg, IMC, PCU, or Stepdown clinical environment
- Ability to work rotating day and night 12-hour shifts
- Availability for holiday and weekend rotations
- Current BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in an intermediate care or progressive care unit setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced inpatient environment
