Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an Intermediate Care/Progressive Care Unit setting
- Monitor and interpret telemetry and cardiac rhythms for assigned patients
- Utilize Epic electronic health record system for accurate and timely documentation
- Float within scope to other units or sister facilities as needed to meet census demands
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications- Active, unencumbered RN license in applicable state (no pending licenses accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience, including at least 1 year of travel nursing experience
- Current Critical Care or Telemetry clinical experience required
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Completed EKG course/Telemetry competency test and NIHSS certification required
- Must reside more than 75 miles from the contracted facility (proof of residency required at submission)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with Epic electronic health record system
- Familiarity with high-census, fast-paced PCU or Stepdown environments
