Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Nights

Phoenix, AZ

Contract | Full-Time | Night Shift | Onsite

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU/Step-Down) setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding appropriately to changes in patient status
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Adhere to weekend and holiday rotation requirements per facility guidelines
• Complete all required facility learning modules and maintain compliance with background check standards prior to and during assignment

• Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions or hits on record
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Valid driver's license required to verify residency; Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments to support assignment placement
