Registered Nurse (RN) – Step Down (Nights)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care within the assigned Step Down unit scope of practice
- Follow hospital policies and procedures, nursing process guidelines, and standards of care and practice
- Provide care to a diverse patient population within a 36-bed private treatment room unit
- Float to other units as required to support staffing needs
- Participate in ongoing staff development and education programs including BLS and ACLS
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Step Down (IMC/PCU/Stepdown) experience
- Strong cardiac experience and clinical proficiency
- Willingness to float to other units as needed
- Active ACLS certification
- Active BLS certification
- Active Michigan RN state license
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-acuity Step Down or PCU environment
