Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Intermediate Care (PCU/IMC/Stepdown) setting during night shift hours
• Deliver nursing care within an Outpatient Observation Unit environment
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements (navy scrubs)
• Participate in rotating holiday and weekend scheduling as required
• Float to a sister facility as needed based on staffing and census demands

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions or hits on record
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Valid driver's license required to verify residency (Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments is highly advantageous
