Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – ACU / Stepdown
Location
Springdale, AR | Acute Care
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 13 Weeks | Days (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM) | Every other weekend required | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an ACU/Stepdown unit setting
- Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level care and intervention
- Float to Medical/Surgical and Telemetry units as needed
- Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- ACLS certification required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of Stepdown/ACU experience
- Cerner EMR experience required
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience floating to Medical/Surgical or Telemetry units
- Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills in an intermediate care environment
