Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Nights

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Surgical Stepdown unit during night shift hours
Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level care, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
Float between two hospital campuses as operationally needed
Complete all required facility learning modules prior to and during the assignment
Adhere to facility dress code requirements, including navy scrubs
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions on record
Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
Valid driver's license for residency verification
Completed PCU skills checklist within the last 12 months
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
Experience in a Surgical Stepdown setting
Flexibility with shifts, locations, and departments to support placement efficiency
