Travel Nurse RN - Intermediate Care in Sun City West, AZ

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU/Step-Down) setting during day shift hours
• Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level care, identifying and responding to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float between two campus locations as needed, with a primary campus assignment
• Complete all required facility learning modules prior to and during the assignment
• Adhere to facility dress code; navy scrubs required

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions or hits on record
• Minimum of 24 months PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Valid driver's license required to verify residency
• Must reside outside of Arizona — Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Flexibility with facilities, shifts, and departments is strongly advantageous
• Experience working in multi-campus or float pool environments
