Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Some Weekends and Holidays Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Intermediate Care/Stepdown unit setting
- Perform IV starts and laboratory draws/sample collection
- Monitor and titrate critical drips as required by patient condition
- Conduct ongoing patient assessments and communicate changes to the care team
- Document patient care activities accurately using facility systems
- Complete up to 8 hours of non-billable onboarding modules via HealthStream prior to start
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (or documented proof that licensure process is actively underway)
- Minimum one (1) year of recent Critical Care or ICU experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Intermediate fetal monitoring (FM) skills
- Experience with IV starts and lab draws/sample collection
- Experience titrating critical drips
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Three (3) or more years of experience for Critical Care/PCU roles
