Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Contract | Night Shift (3x12 or 4x12 Hours, 19:00–07:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on an IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit with a heavy cardiac and CVA patient population
• Manage cardiac drips including heparin, nitroglycerin, and related vasoactive medications
• Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level cardiac care and neurological observation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using electronic health record systems

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license — license must be in-hand prior to start
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required at time of submission
• Nursys verification required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Strong cardiac background with demonstrated ability to manage cardiac drips
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous charge nurse experience
• Experience with Epic electronic health records
