Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
• Experience in infusion nursing and port access/management required
• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing
• Current Vermont RN license or compact multi-state RN license
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• BSN required
• Preferred: CRNI certification
• Reliable transportation recommended for this scenic rural Vermont location

Responsibilities

• Administer IV medications and infusion therapies safely and in accordance with clinical standards
• Monitor patient responses and maintain comfort, safety, and quality of care throughout treatment
• Coordinate scheduling, prior authorizations, and clinical order review as needed
• Collaborate with providers, payers, and care teams to support smooth infusion center operations
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and confirm understanding
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record and other required logs
• Support a collaborative, efficient, and patient-focused infusion environment
