Key Responsibilities of the RN - Interventional Radiology

Provide intraoperative moderate sedation and circulate when not sedating
Administer moderate sedation and monitor the patient's cardiac and physical status
Collaborate with the physician to ensure patient safety, comfort, and privacy

Requirements of the RN - Interventional Radiology

RN License (NY License ONLY)
Moderate Sedation Experience Required
IR Experience Required
Two (2) years of experience OR experience in a level 1 trauma preferred
BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
ACLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
