Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IR nurse who can quickly integrate into the team with minimal orientation. Previous Emergency Department (ED) and/or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience is strongly preferred, as it provides the critical care skills needed to manage patient hemodynamics, recognize and respond to complications, and thrive in the fast-paced Interventional Radiology environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient hemodynamics and recognize complications.
• Perform catheter placements, arterial procedures, biopsies, paracentesis, and thoracentesis.
• Participate in call rotation, providing primary and secondary on-call support.
• Adapt to high-volume procedural environment and changing patient needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of Interventional Radiology (IR) nursing experience.
• Previous travel experience required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience in administering and monitoring moderate sedation.
