Travel Nurse RN - Interventional Radiology - $3,057 per week in San Francisco, CA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing License: Required RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, BSN Must-Have: - Experience in Diagnostic Imaging and Interventional Radiology - Experience in Adult Acute Care - Ability to float to other facilities Description: Provide nursing care for patients undergoing imaging services including CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and Interventional Radiology procedures. Assist with IV support and preparation for procedures. Administer moderate sedation and monitor patients during recovery. Provide post-procedure instructions to patients. Ensure the use of standard precautions and isolation as necessary. Demonstrate competency in monitoring dysrhythmias and medication management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care. Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Wear lead apron as required and comply with safety protocols in MRI environments. Participate in emergency response as a member of a rapid response team. Utilize bar code medication administration and adhere to CDC standards. Complete all required training and certifications for the role.
