Job Summary Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) this position is located at a healthcare provider's interventional radiology unit. It involves providing specialized nursing care for adult patients aged 14 to 99 undergoing interventional procedures. The role requires on-call duties, rotating shifts, and a minimum of one year of interventional radiology experience.
Job Details
Position Description: RTO 5 Max, with a permanent Massachusetts RN license in hand. No holiday RTO.
Schedule: Rotating Day/Evening shifts 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Massachusetts Registered Nurse license, ACLS, BLS certifications, 2 years of interventional radiology experience, minimum of 1 year of hands-on clinical experience, and a minimum of 2 years of overall healthcare experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Siemens and Philips radiology equipment, EPIC Radiant documentation, Philips monitors.
Responsibilities: Providing patient care in adult interventional radiology, managing procedures involving laser, Angiojet, EKOS, CSI, vasodrips, thrombolytics, and moderate sedation.
Schedule & On-Call: On-call 1-2 nights per week, one weekend a month, and one holiday if applicable during the assignment.
Submission Requirements: Candidates must demonstrate relevant interventional radiology experience and possess required certifications prior to start.
