Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position at a facility located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role involves working during night shifts, with options for 36 or 48-hour schedules. The RN will provide care to neonatal and adult patient populations, supporting high-risk deliveries and obstetrical patients, and will operate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid licenses with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery, certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Practice (AWHONN Intermediate), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
  • Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with high-risk obstetrics, charting system experience with community hospital settings, and familiarity with obstetric procedures such as assisting with vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections.
  • Additional Information: The facility supports interdisciplinary teams including respiratory services, interpretation, radiology, pharmacy, and rapid response teams. You will be expected to float to like units within your scope as needed, with brief orientation provided. Labs must be completed within 48 business hours once onsite.
