Job Details
Position Description: The role is in a high-volume, high-census facility with diverse patient populations, including high-risk obstetric patients. The nurse will deliver postpartum treatment following delivery and manage conditions such as postpartum hemorrhage, substance withdrawal, and high acuity obstetrics.
Certifications: BLS, NRP
Education and Experience Requirements: Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in high-risk obstetric care, with proficiency in magnesium sulfate therapy, Pitocin, Foley catheter management, postpartum hemorrhage, vaginal delivery, and substance withdrawal.
Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
Travel Requirements: Candidates of any other Providence facility (non-Swedish) eligible for a travel contract if separated for at least 3 months; Swedish facilities honor active compact license.
Additional Information: Experience with EPIC electronic health records is mandatory; experience with JADA is preferred. The role may require floating between nearby facilities.
Submission: Candidates must include responses related to prior experience at Providence facilities, along with two references covering at least one year within the past three years.
