Job Summary:
The Labor and Delivery High Risk (L&D High Risk) Specialist position is located in Nashville, Tennessee. This role involves providing specialized care in a high-acuity obstetric environment within a comprehensive healthcare facility. The position offers an opportunity to work in a renowned center dedicated to exceptional maternal and neonatal outcomes.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); graduation from an accredited nursing program with a current nursing license; 0 years minimum of relevant experience; and a valid state-specific licensure.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in high-risk obstetric or neonatal environments, additional specialty certifications such as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and familiarity with high-risk delivery protocols.
  • Additional Information: The role involves providing high-level obstetric care, managing high-risk prenatal and delivery situations, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
