• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.; weekends and holidays as needed
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910-$2,010
• Care Environment: Approximately 63 beds, Level II trauma setting, average daily census around 50

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of Labor & Delivery nursing experience or women’s health nursing experience required
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring certification required
• RNC certification preferred
• Must be at least 100 miles from the assignment location
• Active driver’s license required in the submission packet
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare setting

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to laboring patients and newborns
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Assist with deliveries and support the care team during high-acuity situations
• Administer medications, document care accurately, and follow established nursing protocols
• Educate and support patients and families throughout labor, delivery, and recovery
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare staff to promote excellent patient outcomes
