Job Details

• Position: Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing
• Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas

• Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed hours
• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Schedule: Nights, every other weekend required
• Call: 2 call shifts per scheduled period
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
• Setting: On-site Labor & Delivery unit

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Active Arkansas RN license or compact/multistate RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Postpartum nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs in a high-acuity maternity care setting

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond appropriately to clinical changes
• Assist with admissions, labor support, delivery, and recovery care
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and fellow nurses to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and support unit workflow standards
• Deliver education and reassurance to patients and families throughout the birth process
• Support unit needs, including call coverage and weekend scheduling requirements
