Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred
• Labor & Delivery, obstetrics, or maternal-newborn experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work in a dynamic acute care environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to complete standard onboarding, compliance, and credentialing requirements

Labor & Delivery Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to laboring, delivering, and postpartum patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and promptly communicate changes in condition
• Support physicians and the care team during labor and delivery procedures
• Deliver patient education, emotional support, and family-centered care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the patient record
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and efficient care environment for mothers and newborns
