Nursing Care Coordinator

Job Summary

This position involves the delivery of coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process. The Nursing Care Coordinator will supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines.
