Job Details

• Position Description: The position involves working in a labor and delivery department with high-risk obstetric cases, midwifery support, and postpartum care, including vaginal deliveries and C-sections. Candidates will float across multiple campuses.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Iowa or multistate nursing license, at least 2 years of labor and delivery experience, active BLS, NRP, ACLS, and AWHONN certificates, EPIC EMR experience, recent work in high-risk OB in trauma facilities, experience with electronic fetal monitoring, and a solid employment history in labor and delivery.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior travel experience in labor and delivery; intermediate or advanced electronic fetal monitoring certification.
• Additional Information: Candidates must have completed at least one previous travel assignment within the past 12 months. The orientation date is scheduled for 10/26/2026, with additional orientation on 11/9/2026. The role includes working 1-2 winter holidays if applicable.
