This position involves providing full spectrum maternal care in a 24-bed womens services unit, including circulating and recovering cesarean sections. The role supports inpatient and outpatient services at a joint commission-accredited facility with a focus on compassionate, high-quality patient care.
Job Details
Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Labor and Delivery, specializing in full spectrum maternal care.
Location: Las Cruces, NM.
Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Electronic Fetal Monitoring. A valid nursing license and at least 1 year of experience are required.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cesarean sections and neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) support.
Additional Information: The candidate must be at least 60 miles from the facility to be considered for the travel assignment and must comply with New Mexico state background check procedures, including fingerprinting.
Submission: Candidates must have all certifications prior to start, and must meet all licensure and background requirements as per the organization and state regulations.
