Med Ninjas is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in San Antonio, Texas.
Job Summary (List Format):
- Provide professional nursing care in a perinatal setting.
- Utilize specialized knowledge and skills in maternal and fetal monitoring.
- Ensure patient safety and quality care through adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care to mothers and newborns.
- Attend and complete New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire.
- Participate in preceptorship and complete all initial and annual competency validations, including department-specific requirements.
- Maintain current certifications (RN License, BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM/FHM).
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing and at least one year of related experience.
- Preferred: Experience in a Perinatal RN Residency or recent perinatal nursing practice.
- Work full-time, 7AM – 7PM shifts.
Med Ninjas Job ID #10669. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
