Job Summary Labor and Delivery Nurse - Richmond, Virginia. This position involves providing care to patients in the OB-L&D unit, with float coverage required to Nursery and Post-Partum. The role offers an opportunity to work in a Level 3 OB unit with a focus on delivering quality patient care in a busy hospital environment.
Job Details
Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting 09/07/2026
Required Qualifications: Valid ACLS, BLS, NRP certifications; Intermediate fetal monitoring or above; STABLE for nursery; at least 1 year or 18 months of relevant experience; location requirements consistent with job location in Richmond, VA
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in general OB, Labor and Delivery, and nursery care
Float: Float rotation may be required to cover units closed due to census
Additional Information: OB unit generally has low volume, with fewer than 15 deliveries per month
