Required Skills:

• At least 2 years of labor and delivery experience in a hospital setting
• Proficiency with external fetal monitoring equipment
• Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, C-EFM, and NRP certifications
• Strong patient assessment and emergency response skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient needs in high-pressure situations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records
• Flexibility to float to postpartum units as needed

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Experience in a facility delivering 350-400 births per month

Local Rate: $64/hr
