Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery setting within a critical access hospital environment
Float within the OB department as needed, including Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Well-Baby Nursery
Perform multifaceted nursing duties requiring flexibility across multiple care areas within a small, 25-bed facility
Document patient care accurately using Cerner electronic health records
Participate in on-call responsibilities in accordance with facility policy
Attend facility orientation, which is conducted on Tuesdays only
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Prior travel nursing experience required
BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
ACLS certification (AHA or ARC)
PALS certification (AHA or ARC) or ENPC
NRP certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
TNCC, NIHSS, CPI, or SANE certification
Experience in a critical access or small community hospital setting
Proficiency with Cerner charting system
