Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Bakersfield, California. Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; 3 years of experience in labor and delivery; RN licensure in California required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS, NRP, and Fetal Heart Monitoring certification required; EPIC experience required
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an acute care facility in labor and delivery preferred
• Additional Information: The role involves collecting patient health data, developing and implementing care plans, collaborating with patients and team members, and participating in discharge planning. Candidates must be able to delegate tasks appropriately and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
