Job Description:

This position is for a Break Nurse in the Labor & Delivery department. The role involves managing and delivering high-risk OB patients, as well as providing support during births and postpartum care.

Responsibilities:

• Manage labor and delivery for high-risk OB patients.
• Triage OB patients and interpret fetal monitoring strips.
• Circulate in the operating room and perform cervical checks.
• Provide care and recovery for normal newborns as needed.

Requirements:

• Possession of BLS, NRP, and Intermediate FHM (AWHONN) certifications.
• High acuity experience with labor management and delivery.
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records.
