Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in the designated location. This position involves assisting families through the birth process and providing direct patient care for individuals ranging from neonates to older adults. The role includes supporting, educating, and guiding patients and their families regarding their illness, treatment plans, and discharge procedures. The incumbent will care for women during normal and complicated pregnancies, adhere to physician orders, and maintain patient confidentiality. The position offers flexible scheduling with needs on day and night shifts.

Job Details:

  • Shift: Days, with potential to include night shifts; schedule includes 12-hour shifts.
  • Schedule: Shift Time Days; Shift Hours 12 hours; Minimum Hours Per Week 36.0 hours.
  • Required Qualifications: Certification(s) in Labor and Delivery Nursing; current state licensure as a Registered Nurse; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ability to work in the specified location; minimum of 0 years of experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Labor and Delivery; knowledge of obstetric and neonatal care.
  • Additional Information: Position may require call during various shifts to meet department needs.
