Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a qualified professional for a Labor and Delivery Department (L&D) position in Chelan, Washington. This role involves providing specialized care in a hospital setting, with a focus on supporting mothers and newborns through pregnancy, labor, and delivery. The position offers an opportunity to work nights in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Valid clinical license and certification in Labor and Delivery nursing, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Educational requirements include a healthcare-related degree from an accredited institution and valid licensure in the state of Washington.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with high-risk pregnancies and neonatal care, familiarity with electronic medical records, and current certifications such as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Electronic Fetal Heart Monitor (EFM) training.
  • Additional Information: The role involves providing high-quality patient care, adhering to hospital protocols and standard operating procedures (SOP), and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the safety and well-being of patients. Candidates must be able to work nights consistently and demonstrate strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
