Job Summary: Labor and Delivery Nurse in a hospital setting. This position involves providing specialized nursing care to patients during the labor, delivery, and postpartum periods. The role supports the organizations patient care philosophy by delivering direct and indirect nursing services to ensure safe and effective maternity care.
Job Details:
Location: The organization's facility.
Schedule: Nights shift; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program; minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent; Rhode Island State Licensure; current licensure in the State of Rhode Island; BLS certification; BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications; proficient in Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM); and completion of CNE Skills Checklist and CNE Profile.
Preferred Qualifications: NRP Certification.
