Resource Logistics Inc is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Los Angeles, California.
Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (L&D)
We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to provide compassionate, high-quality care for low- and high-risk obstetric patients in a fast-paced maternal-child health environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide nursing care for laboring patients, postpartum patients, and newborns.
* Manage care across L&D triage, labor rooms, OR, NICU, and postpartum units.
* Perform external fetal monitoring and recognize/manage abnormal fetal heart rate patterns.
* Circulate for Cesarean section procedures and assist with obstetric emergencies.
* Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient care coordination.
* Collaborate with OB physicians, anesthesia, NICU, and multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience.
* Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
* NRP certification required.
* AWHONN Advanced certification required.
* Epic experience required.
* Must be willing to float to Perinatal units as needed.
Resource Logistics Inc Job ID #3380500. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
