Schedule: Rotating weekends & holidays per facility schedule
Charting System: Altera Digital Health (formerly Allscripts) Sunrise platform
Facility & Practice Overview
Regional Hub: Serving California's Central Coast with specialized perinatal and high-risk maternal-fetal care.
Mandated Ratios: Strictly enforced per California Title 22 standards:
Active Labor: 1:2
2nd Stage / High Acuity Complications: 1:1
Recovery / Postpartum: 1:2
Clinical Scope: Triage, active labor management, circulating C-sections, high-risk fetal monitoring, and immediate post-recovery/NRP care.
Requirements & Experience
Experience: Minimum of 2–3+ years of recent acute care L&D experience required.
Licensure: Active California (CA) RN license required.
Required Certifications:
AHA BLS
AHA ACLS
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring
