• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts
• Shift Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, every 3rd weekend with holiday rotation
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,700 - $2,840 per week
• On-Call: No call
• Work Environment: On-site acute care setting

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred
• Experience in Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum, Mother & Baby, or maternal-newborn nursing strongly preferred
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
• Flexibility to work weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum, and Mother & Baby units
• Monitor maternal and newborn status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Support families through labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum education
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Promote a safe, supportive, and patient-centered environment for mothers and newborns
