Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Nurse specializing in Labor & Delivery (L&D) located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This position involves rotating 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend and major holidays. The role requires experienced professionals capable of managing high-acuity labor and delivery units with clinical proficiency.

Job Details:

Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Certifications include current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license with NURSYS verification within the last week. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Labor & Delivery, with recent experience in charge or supervisory roles in L&D units. Valid drivers license with matching address. Experience in acute care settings is required.
Preferred Qualifications: Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred, specifically with EPIC system.
Additional Information: Candidates must submit an up-to-date resume detailing 2+ years of Labor & Delivery experience and documentation of travel experience first-time travelers will not be considered. References from recent L&D charge RN/Manager/Supervisor positions are required, along with a skills checklist matching the specialty. Candidates should be willing to work every other major holiday. Flu vaccination is required during flu season.
