Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery for a high-risk L&D unit providing care to laboring patients, postpartum patients, and newborns.
The unit provides OB Triage, Postpartum Care, and Level II Special Care Nursery services. Nurses will care for patients with high-risk conditions, including pre-eclampsia and diabetes, for gestations 34 weeks and greater.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active RN license
- 2+ years of Labor & Delivery experience
- Previous Charge Nurse experience preferred
- First-time travelers accepted
- Travel experience not required
- Epic experience preferred
- Ability to float to Postpartum
- BLS, FHM, and NRP certifications required
- AWHONN Intermediate required
- AWHONN Advanced preferred
