Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Level 2 Labor & Delivery unit caring for patients delivering at 32 weeks gestation and above.
The ideal candidate will have strong L&D clinical experience and be comfortable working collaboratively with physicians and midwives throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
Responsibilities:
Triage Labor & Delivery patients.
Provide care for patients 32 weeks gestation and above.
Manage labor and delivery collaboratively with physicians and midwives.
Circulate Cesarean sections (C-sections).
Provide complete patient recovery following vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
Monitor patients throughout labor, delivery, and recovery.
Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care in a Level 2 L&D setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of Labor & Delivery experience preferred
Previous travel nursing experience preferred
EPIC experience preferred
Strong L&D triage experience
Cesarean section circulating experience
Required Certifications:
Registered Nurse (RN)
NRP – Neonatal Resuscitation Program
BLS – Basic Life Support
ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
