Key responsibilities include: • Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions and clinical needs • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans • Coordinate care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team • Provide patient and family education and support • Promote a safe, healing, and compassionate care environment • Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care • Delegate appropriately and coordinate activities of nursing and healthcare team members • Apply strong clinical judgment and independent nursing decision-making OB/L&D Clinical Requirements This role requires strong hands-on OB experience.
