Strict System Separation & Radius Rules: All former permanent employees of ANY Providence-affiliated facility must observe a mandatory 3-month separation period from the health system to qualify for a travel contract position. A standard 50-mile local radius rule applies (locals residing within 50 miles are processed at an adjusted lower local bill rate). Submissions are restricted to 1 Providence facility at a time. Mandatory First-to-Float Expectations: Travelers are required to float as needed within their clinical scope to meet facility demands and are designated as the first to float. Refusal to float between nearby sister facilities may result in assignment termination. ️ Upfront Requested Time Off (RTO) Parameters: Maximum allowable RTO is strictly capped at 7 days total for this assignment; requests exceeding 7 days will cause offer delays. All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be disclosed upfront at submission; post-submission requests will not be considered and inflexibility may lead to contract termination and a system DNR. Candidates must commit to working at least 3 out of 5 major holiday blocks (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day). Mandatory Submission History Prompt: Submittals must include the candidate's explicit response to: "Have you ever worked at a Providence facility as a permanent employee, on a travel contract, or as registry/per-diem? If yes, please include location and dates worked." Background Policy Note: The facility enforces a zero-tolerance policy and does not accept any background history or Nursys hits. Direct contact with facility personnel prior to a scheduled interview is strictly prohibited.
