- **Role:** RN in Labor & Delivery
- **Unit:** Birth Center
- **Shift:** Nights (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM)
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36
- **Weekend Hours:** 48/month
- **Call Requirements:** None
- **Qualifications:**
- Required Certifications: Fetal monitoring, ACLS, BLS, NRP
- Years of Experience: 2+ years in an acute care setting
- Must Have Skills: OR circulation, mother/baby care, triage (preferred but not required)
- Personality Fit: Flexibility, excellent communication skills
- **Unit Information:**
- **Beds:** 6 labor rooms, 11 mother/baby rooms, 3 triage beds
- **Patient Ratios:** Per AWHONN guidelines
- **Electronic Health Record:** Centricity and Paragon
